Took my vehicle in for a scheduled repair on two issues. They were both fixed and I was kept informed during repair work. Both were fixed with no issues.

Had an appointment to fix AC leak and speed sensor. All was fixed as promised for the price I was quoted. I waited in the waiting room which had comfortable seating and was clean. WIFI and a tv to watch. Charging ports for your devices. Staff kept me informed and were friendly.

I think it's just today's industry and they probably have guidelines they go by, but I do not like the constant trying to upsell at my oil change. I am I believer of preventive maintenance , but tell me that I need wiper blades! How about ask me if my wiper blades are doing a sufficient job. Thats just one example, kind of just hit me wrong. I know I can say no to what they recommend. It just takes a little bit of trust away, I am no way an expert, just my opinion. The staff has been very kind and I think the shop does a good job, that's what is more important to me.
