Our 2025 GMC Acadia Elevation was our used car purchase in December. We had two failed attempts that first day at setting up OnStar, and the OnStar staff analyzed the issue and opened a case for the issue that Uebelhor could use to help diagnose the issue. A new computer part was ordered, backordered, and finally received in mid January. It was installed on 1/29/26 and worked correctly on the first attempt to connect with OnStar. We are grateful for the Service Center team who worked with us to diagnose the problem and get the replacement part installed. With factory warranty still in place, this was all at no charge to us. Everyone we met from the showroom to our sales rep, Dalton, to the Service Center staff was helpful, friendly and professional. Kudos to all!
